Warren J. Hairston,
President & Founder
Having
been actively involved in personal computing as a hobby since 1981 and as a
full-time profession since 1986, Warren has been helping individuals and
businesses solve their computing problems since almost the very beginning of the
personal computing revolution.
Warren holds an Associates Degree in Data
Processing from Southern West Virginia Community College and a Bachelors Degree
in Computer Science from West Virginia Institute of Technology. With both
degrees, Warren graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.
Prior to graduation from WV Institute of
Technology, Warren gained extensive programming and support experience while
working for IBM, Ashland Oil, and Southern WV Community College in computer
support roles. Before founding Logical Operators in 1992, Warren was employed as
a lead programmer for Neuro Systems, Eagle Research Corporation, and Midwest
Technical (all located in the Charleston WV area).
Warren currently serves as a member of the
West Virginia University Institute of Technology Computer Science Advisory Board
and periodically speaks on computer industry topics for various educational and
small-business organizations throughout the Charleston WV area.
With proven support skills in DOS, Windows, Netware, OS/2, and
networking environments as well as extensive programming experience in
C, C++,
C#, Pascal, Visual Basic, ASP.NET,
Director Lingo (Shockwave), Access, SQLWindows,
various database languages, and web design
methodologies, Warren is able to easily address a wide range of
consulting, support, and development needs.
Craig Cohernour, Software
Engineer

Craig, having been actively involved in the computer
industry since 1985, is an accomplished technology professional. He attended
Concord College in the late 1980's where his studies included both Business
Administration and Computer Science. Craig has also earned certifications in
Novell Network Administration, Network Design and Implementation, Total
Quality Management (TQM), and Industrial Electronics - specializing in
Computer Programming, Robotics, Pneumatics, and Broadcasting.
After attending Concord College, Craig acquired extensive
programming and technical support skills while employed
as Office Automation Coordinator for Appalachian Root
& Herb Company, IT Systems Operator & Programmer
for Caremark International, and
Programmer/Analyst for West
Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR). While
with DHHR, Craig worked for
the Office of Community and Rural Health Services and the Office of Maternal and
Child Health providing programming and technical support services to the
Divisions of Office Automation, Primary Care, Breast and Cervical Cancer
Screening, Family Planning, and Adolescent Health. Craig also served as Senior
Programmer for the Division of Research, Evaluation, and Planning. |
