Logical Operators Relocates to NorthGate Business Park (2/1/1998)
New Location To Allow Better Response, More Services
Logical Operators, Inc. (LOI) has opened a new office in
NorthGate Business Park.
Located just off Interstate 64s Greenbrier Street exit midway between the State
Capitol Complex and Yeager Airport, NorthGate Business Park has quickly become known as
Charleston WVs premier business location. By relocating to the newly-constructed
MotionMasters building, LOI will
gain better access to many of its larger customers located in downtown Charleston.
"We are excited to be
moving to the MotionMasters building," states Warren J. Hairston, President of
Logical Operators. "Relocating to Charlestons most prestigious business park is
the next step in the evolution of our continuing success. We look forward to serving our
downtown customers from a location which is more convenient and offers many amenities to
our visitors."
Located in a secluded, wooded setting, the MotionMasters building is the envy of everyone who has seen it. Tucked down in the woods behind Tracy Way, the structure (with its own 400-foot driveway) provides its offices with a sense of seclusion and privacy. The new state-of-the-art facility includes a loading dock, shower facilities (for those all-night programming marathons), and a picturesque conference room with adjoining full kitchen. But the architectural feature that everyone loves most is the 800+ square-foot wooded deck overlooking the private wooded setting of the surrounding mountains. Liberally populated with oak rocking chairs, the deck (located just off the conference room and running the entire length of the building) provides a quiet, peaceful setting for outdoor conferences. Just imagine creative meetings on a second story porch wrapped by treetops!
"The studio consultant from Chicago with whom we've been working made an on-site visit a few weeks back and begged to stay," claims Diana Sole, President of MotionMasters. "A client from South Carolina has asked us to set up a bedroom in one of our expansion offices so he can overnight here instead of hotels when he comes to town. With a full kitchen and shower facility, its definitely a building that invites you to make yourself at home."
Logical Operators new headquarters will occupy office space in a quiet section on the ground floor of the building. A semi-private, separate entrance and plenty of free parking space add to the convenience of the new location. Additionally, the new facility will allow the company to offer an expanded range of services to its customers. "We intend to fully use all of the advantages that this location provides us to show our customers how committed we are to improving their businesses," claims Hairston. "This will include using our new centrally-located facilities to host user-group meetings among our customers and to demonstrate new technologies as they come to market."
Hairston encourages all interested customers to contact Logical Operators to make arrangements to visit the new offices.
