The Sewage Data Module of EnviroGuard is a Microsoft Windows application, so its interface is already familiar to anyone who already uses a personal computer. Note that several of the fields (such as those for telephone numbers and dates) automatically format the data as you type, ensuring that data is consistently displayed, regardless of who performs the data entry. Other fields (such as Water Src.) allow the user to select from a predefined list of values, reducing data entry errors and enforcing uniformity of data. Memo fields (such as Location/Directions) scroll to allow the user to enter as much fully-detailed information as necessary.
On the application form, the data normally associated with an application is divided into five separate areas, each of which is accessed by clicking on the tabs shown at the bottom of the window.
The Owner/Installer/Facility tab (displayed above) allows you to easily enter the names of both the property owner and the installer, as well as pertinent information such as addresses, phone numbers, and contractor numbers. Other fields on this part of the application form allow you to detail the facility, the subdivision/lot, and the deed details of the property.
