The Forms tab (displayed above) allows you to scan the front and back of the original application paper form using a standard scanner and link the images of the pages to the data entered on the previous screens. This process allows you to retain important sketches, signatures, and handwritten notes that were present on the original forms. From this screen, you can select to preview the images of the original paper forms on screen, eliminating the time that it takes to locate the filed versions. If desired, you can also print duplicates of the original paper forms from these images. And remember, the scanned images can't be physically damaged by tears, yellowing, or coffee spills!
