It’s a 3-way WIN-WIN-WIN situation!

Here’s how it works:

• Refer someone to us, and if they purchase just one (1) hour of service from us within one month of your referral, you’ll receive a gift of your choice from our Tier I list of prizes.
• If your referral purchases an additional ten (10) hours of service from us within two months of your referral, you’ll receive a gift of your choice from our more-valuable Tier II list of prizes.
• If your referral purchases an additional twenty (20) hours of service from us within three months of your referral, you’ll receive a gift of your choice from our most-desired Tier III list of prizes.
• You can make as many referrals as you like – each referral makes you eligible for another set of gifts.
• This promotion runs from June 1, 2005 through August 31, 2005, and your referrals must contact us during this time period to schedule their first service.

• PROMOTION PERIOD is June 1, 2005 through August 31, 2005.
• LOI is Logical Operators, Inc.
• CUSTOMER is any individual, business, group, or organization which has previously purchased products and/or services from LOI.
• REFERRER is any CUSTOMER, or the current or former employee of any CUSTOMER, or the current or former associate of any CUSTOMER.
• REFERRAL is any individual, business, group, or organization which is being referred by REFERRER to purchase services from LOI.
• FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT is the first direct communication of any type between LOI and the REFERRAL during which an LOI service is scheduled.
• DATE OF FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT is the date on which FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT occurs.
• TIER I is a collection of gifts detailed within this flyer, any one of which may be selected by a REFERRER as a gift after REFERRER’S REFERRAL has purchased one (1) hour of service from LOI within one (1) calendar month from the DATE OF FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT.
• TIER II is a collection of gifts detailed within this flyer, any one of which may be selected by a REFERRER as a gift after REFERRER’S REFERRAL has purchased at least ten (10) hours of service in addition to the service required for TIER I within two (2) calendar months from the DATE OF FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT.
• TIER III is a collection of gifts detailed within this flyer, any one of which may be selected by a REFERRER as a gift after REFERRER’S REFERRAL has purchased at least twenty (20) hours of service in addition to the service required for TIER I and TIER II within (3) calendar months from the DATE OF FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT.
• QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS are that a REFERRAL purchases the appropriate number of hours of service from LOI within the time frame required for TIER I, TIER II, and/ or TIER III and that REFERRAL makes full payment to LOI subject to LOI sales policies and procedures.

REFERRER cannot be an employee or officer of LOI. REFERRER must be a CUSTOMER in good financial standing with LOI.

REFERRER must be a CUSTOMER of LOI on or prior to the DATE OF FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT.

An individual REFERRER cannot refer himself/herself, his/her self-owned business, or a member of his/her immediate family or household.

A business, group, or organization REFERRER cannot refer itself, but can refer separate business units, organizations, departments, divisions, and/or subsidiaries which are legally a part of the same business, group, or organization entity.

REFERRAL must be a new CUSTOMER to LOI. Existing or previous CUSTOMERS of LOI are not eligible to be considered as REFERRALS for this promotion.

FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT may be initiated by LOI, REFERRAL, or REFERRER. DATE OF FIRST REFERRAL CONTACT must occur during the PROMOTION PERIOD.

All products/service sales to REFERRALS are subject to standard LOI sales policies and procedures as described on the LOI web site at http://www.logicaloperators.com unless other arrangements are made in writing between LOI and REFERRAL.

A REFERRER may refer more than one REFERRAL – each REFERRAL makes REFERRER eligible for a separate TIER I, TIER II, and/or TIER III gift if/when QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS are met by REFERRAL.

A maximum of one (1) TIER I, one (1) TIER II, and one (1) TIER III gift will be awarded to REFERRER for each REFERRAL.

REFERRER will receive gift after QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS are met by REFERRAL.

LOI is not responsible for shipping, handling, delivery costs, taxes, or other third-party charges on gifts awarded. To avoid all such charges on gifts, REFERRER should make arrangements to pick up gifts from LOI at LOI office.

LOI is not responsible for any initialization, service, or subscription fees necessary to use any gift.

LOI is not responsible for installation, configuration, or training on gifts awarded.

LOI is not responsible for loss of data, damage, or liabilities arising from the use of any gift by the recipient.

Warranty coverage on all gifts will be provided by, and subject to the terms of, the gift manufacturers.

LOI credit chosen as a gift must be exchanged for products/services by December 31, 2005.

LOI credit chosen as a gift is not transferable from REFERRER.

All gifts subject to availability. LOI reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if desired gift becomes unavailable during promotion period.

Approximate retail value of gifts is as stated on this web page and may fluctuate during the PROMOTION PERIOD.

LOI will determine gift options (i.e.: size, color, speed, storage capacity, seating locations, etc.) whenever such gift options are available.

REFERRERS may be asked for permission to use their names and likenesses free of charge and free of obligation for future LOI promotional purposes.
