Logical Operators is a computer services firm located in Charleston, West Virginia. We specialize in custom software development and network maintenance for businesses. Our clients include all types of businesses, from small sole proprietorships to large regional companies having offices in several states.

Logical Operators was founded as a sole proprietorship on April 15, 1992 in Dunbar WV (a suburb of Charleston) by Warren J. Hairston. During the formative years, Warren concentrated on custom programming services and database development for small businesses in the greater Charleston area. As clients became aware of Warren's background in computer support and maintenance, the company branched out into new services such as network design and installation.

On February 14, 1995, the business incorporated and became Logical Operators, Inc. Three years later (February 1998), we relocated to the Motion Masters building in Charleston's prestigous NorthGate Business Park, where we have remained to this day.

Over the years, we've helped many businesses in the Charleston area leverage their competitive advantages through creative, dependable computer solutions.
